For twenty years I worked in travel, getting people where they needed to be and making the complicated feel simple. Somewhere along the way I realised that the logistics were never really the point — the care was.
I'm British, I speak Turkish, and I know Istanbul well. So when a friend's treatment abroad turned into a stressful guessing game, I knew exactly what was missing: one person, on your side, who speaks both languages and stays with you from the first question to the last.
Your single point of contact
Orient's surgeons do the dentistry. I do everything around it — so you can simply turn up and be cared for.
I answer, personally
No call centre. You speak to me, in plain English, whenever you have a question.
I handle the journey
Flights, hotel, transfers and appointments — planned around your life, not the other way round.
I translate everything
Beside you at the clinic so nothing is lost between you and your surgeon.
